Did you use a the tannin on the danish cord or just the ebonizing solution?

no, you can get that in black

Thanks. I’ve ebonized parts before, and had a difficult time getting them a deep black. I look forward to trying your tannin method.

Liberon steel wool is oil free. Might let you skip a step.

Thanks for sharing - the video was great. I've ebonized but not done the tannin step. I'll give that a try on some red oak that I have.
